what happened to America
what didn't happen to America
one thing is certain there is no
American dream, in so far
that the cherry cheeked kid
you played with down the street
could ever become the president
what ever you were told growing up
and believed this was the greatest
country in the world, and for awhile
after WWii the middle class was doing
alright, or so it seemed, that some people
still believed there was such a thing as
an American dream, and with Kennedy
it seemed real,he really inspired the people
Kennedy refused to be a puppet of the cabal

they took JFK out,and with it the dream ended
Jackie crawling on the back of the Limousine
to retrieve a piece of John's head, we can never
forget that image of America blown to bits
they replaced the dream of honesty and peace
with perpetual war and television shows
with canned laughter, give the people bread and
circus, smoke and mirrors, so it seems dream like
and give us the perpetual puppet show
1984 came but it never went, only the poets
were shouting their wild eyed poems to us
in the night to rouse us of the rubbish we been told
