belief presumed
of love, of life
and of light
drawn to chase,
the noble encounter,
the noble cause
of selfless deed

to charge direct,
the yet unknown,
or the imminent
by faith alone
in the just,
in the pure,
is only worth it all

in grief, consumed,
in pain, in sin
and insane,
last in the race
to find forever,
to find a realm
all her very own

allowed to waste,
in sorrow and shame,
stripped of feeling
and cast in chain,
by human haste,
by human flaw
is not a world at all

relief assumed,
with sight, with sound
and with sense,
as dawn breaks away
the disturbing dream,
the dark of day
to reveal the wheel

the wheel, earth,
turned west to east,
brings good with bad
brings joy with pain,
necessary but not sad,
to give its balance
of wisdom to all

very good piece you wove together all those years ago.

I just found it t'other day.

It was a dream, that evades me now.
Written in prison, in the ninth year of ten.

Looks to be a disturbing dream, one that
wakes me. Either profoundly negative or
positive, they both would wake me, and
seems to mirror my Ex... Michelle, mother
of our two children in the early eighty's.

And no time like the present
Not feeling the criminal element
I feel a more desperate need for clarity
