we are in a construct
it's very difficult to keep track
things are changing so rapidly
and with technologies
that we know little about
like quantum computers
or particle colliders
how do we know if these
are functioning they way
scientists think they should
we don't know, but now
we have an effect called
the Mandela effect
which seems to change
memories of things
it gots name because some people
thought that Nelson Mandela
had died in prison, there are many
examples of this effect
another has to do with passages
in the Bible that have changed
like the word wolf changing from lion
laying down with the lamb
another is from Forest Gump
as life is a box of chocolates
to life was a box of chocolates
another has to do with Star Wars droid
C-3P0 who now has one silver leg
what I wonder is if we might start
seeing passages in famous poems change
or sayings by famous people
like Mark Twain, but why would words in
the Bible change, and not quotes by famous
people or authors, or philosophers
like passages in Shakespeare
like really obvious changes
that would be really obvious to everybody
in any case we could have fun imagining
famous quotes changing to something
like as if the universe has a sense of humor
and or a sense of the absurd, or maybe
change a few notes in a famous symphony
what if the creator steps forward
and shows us where all the genius
really came from, changing wolf from lion
seems a bit perplexing
the box of chocolates one seems to
makes us really think about what life is like
is a box or was a box
Mandela did not die in prison
but he very well could have
in each example of the Mandela effect
we get a very different effect
why a silver leg from both gold legs
on C-3P0 is that telling us something
about robots in the future
or is it a mockery of Star Wars
if this is just the beginning of the effect
about memories of things changing
then we might just begin to realize that
we live in a construct, like a hologram
a quantum reality inside a quantum reality
Berenstein Bears from Berenstain Bears
we are in a construct

Thnx
yes sticks and stones can hurt me
so can constructs that my monkey brain loves to reify

That word is coming from the transhumanists, you know, they think they are going to be immortal, by becoming a machine.
