First Thing: Wind

Post by the mingo » June 28th, 2017, 4:18 pm

Peeky Peeky what ya doing and all the bird sounds
grey sky, elevated blood pressure,
nickel on the table reading "heads"
I saw a woman yesterday mouth open
looking down into the mountain forests she was
above someone's birthday who is always reading the names
on gravestones where they are at
- it's a kind of work,
being the maps are wide open on the edges
where you notice the broken reading glasses on the river bridge

yes we go on maintaining the weather stations
replacing the batteries when they get weak
the old camera turns up showing a mountain on fire
the call gets
dropped
we try another line

you have to realize the passing rain
you have to realize
you are deeply involved right now
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

you may end up where you are heading
