The Best Way to Watch Pornography

woman, head tilted back,
exhales smoke and tells me
the best way
to watch pornography
is with the sound off

south of the border
peasants light fireworks
in the cemetery
dance in the smoke

- the ghost of Jack Kerouac
ripples outward
goes home

Some things are visual. Sound only gets in the way. Tarentino should just do silent flicks with swords, though those Ezekiel quotes were precious no doubt..
