we are only as wise as the least wise amongst us.

At first glance this doesn't seem right, but there's a lot of truth in it-- especially when you consider the various effects of mob mentality/ mob rule.

Hu'manity has been at best, cautionary of the strangers among us and at our worst, armed to the hilt to kill another out of fear... fear that is between our ears. All the time we've been "here" we have stripped the very beauty that drew us to the very place we find ourselves, once beautiful and filled with possibility and security.

It is always the roar of the alienated amongst us who rise up and destroy that which society worked so hard to create, only to sweep up the ashes and try it again and again and even again. The wisdom bestowed upon our hopes so easily shattered by even one who questions rather than seeks the same path to wisdom.

Jesus (and other enlightened souls) was/were right about material greed and its effects-- on everything.

This age of accelerating hyper-capitalism will at some point hit a wall, or several. Nature will level out its curves. Ultimately, shallow tribalism as a wedge is just another missed point ...

along the lines of chain...and its weakest link....I have believed for some time now that when you lift up those at the bottom we all rise....I agree with the fear comment....so much of control hinges on making folks unrealistically afraid...
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
