In my pajamas
Then comes the long time in the desert
Where color grows into history
The untold stories of life
A cactus flower
Moving inside the heat
The air is thick
Sweat
To night I just want to be thankful in my pajamas
That my mother got me
Going to see my father this xmas
Had to be sixty for this
I dunno
If I drank I would have curlers in my hair
And a nasty bathrobe
That is why I don’t drink
Because I had no control
It just ate me alive
Now cigarettes chase me in my dreams
Coffee
Sugar and cheese
Oh yeah salt and pepper

reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Re: In my pajamas
I longed for coffee when I was cooking beans and trying to make rice interesting
Tortilla conscious- cheese comforts
Poverty week in my cycle
Then comes the vegetable drinks

Re: In my pajamas
Now I’m grateful I paid my rent
I freak out every month
I am sure I will die stressing about the rent
I have for so many years..
And why buy furniture if you are not sure about paying the rent
Second hand rose and I
Chairs given to me by men hanging around
In driveways looking kind of —
Yummy
Wild rice
Shrimp
Salads
No bread
None
Just want to eat breakfast
Oh yeah bacon
What you want for xmas?
Whole Foods gifts cards
So vegetable juice- detoxes every day please
Pasta and tortillas
No bread
Try it
It’s insane
How much better I feel
Thought I was dying
Less pain
No I’m not gluten free
Bread free
I freak out every month
I am sure I will die stressing about the rent

yeah, the money thing never gets easier....just dropped a bundle into the car, but in B'mo you can't really get around without one, but for very unique circumstances....my youngest son lives in a fairly rough area, just so he can bike to work....or walk....my daughter lives on a bus line....but has trouble getting supplies...like food....mass transit stinks here....and biking is actually dangerous....walking can be too....but we do what we have to do...what's the alternative ?

Re: In my pajamas
I have been trying to grow wings
But all I manage to do is grunt trying to make them pop out
But in my mind I can fly

I prefer teleportation, myself. Handy out here in the boondocks when there's 16" of snow on the ground & it's still coming down and you realize you forgot to buy coffee the day before the storm started. Also great for those godawful social events like retirement parties or dinner soires you can't make excuses for on the spot. Just tuck into the bathroom, and *energize* - poof, I'm home in my robe & slippers watching my Twilight Zone DVDs or something.

Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
Re: In my pajamas
I read somewhere this year that Boston & Baltimore the two worst places to bike in the entire nation - I've seen the vids coming out of both places by bike messengers & commuters - what a fucking mess, man - cities here got to change - Eurotrash got this shit all figured out, we'd do well to study what they have done - Check out the vids coming from Copenhagen, Brussels, Amsterdam, those three places especially but other large European cities also what is done to encourage bike commuting in town - some forward visionary thinking is needed here which is the problem, that kind of thing ain't easy to come by here in the colonies -saw wrote: ↑November 30th, 2017, 10:23 amyeah, the money thing never gets easier....just dropped a bundle into the car, but in B'mo you can't really get around without one, but for very unique circumstances....my youngest son lives in a fairly rough area, just so he can bike to work....or walk....my daughter lives on a bus line....but has trouble getting supplies...like food....mass transit stinks here....and biking is actually dangerous....walking can be too....but we do what we have to do...what's the alternative ?

Re: In my pajamas
most of Europe has great bike paths
in Munich you can bike 30 miles out into the countryside
without coming into contact with a vehicle and
Amsterdam probably has more bikes than cars, I did
a rough count of about 2000 bikes parked in a garage
at the train station...and quickly found out if you hear
a little bell ring behind you as you are walking you better
get the hell out of the way....ha...Baltimore has had some
high profile biker deaths run over by speeding cars...my son
finally gave up as cars were coming within inches...he's now
a walker....
I'm not gluten-free either Jana...

Re: In my pajamas
I m fading into a quiet period where there are colorful things that find me smiling
Pink Cadillac’s and rainbow balconies
Palm Springs
I have to smile
There is so much style
