Elderly

He was a football coach
A six time hall of fame guy
My mama married well
He is very kind and used to tame gorilla
Size men and was a quarterback
He loves my mama

She was an actress from Pottstown pa
Had two sisters
A depression baby 1936
Model
Beautiful
But I never could understand how quick her climate control went from room temperature to hell
I’m sixty seconds
- I get 60 seconds more
I’m her daughter
She wants to be heard
I am a total unable to say
Anyway what I feel
Perhaps it is best I think of her as an artist
I want to cry when I see her like a wisp
If fabric and film
Lots of broken glass
I always try
To walk on it
Never bleed
A conversation could explode
I have to explain to my heart that she does not mean it
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

for many of us
we don't have the relationship we'd like to
with mom or dad or both
and children want more than status quo
we keep seeking that high ground
trying to create the perfect relationship
that never comes
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

I always try
To walk on it
Never bleed
A conversation could explode
I have to explain to my heart that she does not mean it
The hardest explaining there is -
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
