Having inadvertantly dialed a bogus tech-support hotline & been taken for a ride, I particularly enjoy this kind of sweet revenge. (Chase Bank forgave all charges, and I haven't seen that reptile's byline in years.) There used to be another website dedicated to scamming scammers, and it was hilarious - I wish I could remember where it was, because some of his escapades are definitely worth sharing.
