The evil hemp must be DESTROYED!
Those who use it, are spokes in the dreaded AXIS OF EVIL!

But do go get drunk, that's perfectly okay. Go get ass-kickin, shitfuckin, cirrhosisly drunk and beat up your friends and rape the nearest stinking body around and pound your chest and pee on, (I mean mishandle) holy books. Then, go join the ARMY like real men and women do so we can be number one and wipe out anyone who says we ain't.
They don call it Jesus Juice fer nothin!

Bottoms up!

"Nothing travells faster than the speed of light, except for bad news." DNA

Whatever happened to "every seed bearing plant for our use."

There is still Effexor. Homeboy don't talk about medicine much but sometimes he drops cryptic remarks. I told him that my nurse practioner had given me a prescription for Effexor because she thought I looked depressed. He said, "watch out"

She did cheer me up when she took my blood pressure though. Held my arm up tight against her body from her breasts to her crotch. My arm got so stiff I couldn't bend it for a week. Freud would have called it Hysterical paralysis. Why am I so stupid about women? Don't answer that.

Our Baronial Masters on the US Supreme court have delivered the Truth on Pot (and a streamlined Truth at that, stripped of any unnecessary argument or evidence). Pot Puffin' is, if not Evil Incarnate, damn near, regardless if you have no other drugs to alleviate your glaucoma or cancer treatment. Speculating about judges' reasons or movtivations (since they are not required to provide any themselves) for a given ruling is about like playing the ponies, but nonetheless one might say Pot Puffin' is wrong because.....it leads one to speculate about a judges reasons or motivations for a particular ruling. Though libertarianism might not be so great across-the-board, there are quite a few decent reasons to legalize drugs, or at least cannabis; as any thinkin' feller knows, alcohol is generally a far more dangerous drug than is pot. Indeed, after a bong or two, the semi-awake stoner realizes there aren't any decent reasons to ban pot except some petty, frat-boy like desire to control other people's lives (and access to relaxants)--judges are not so concerned with justice (much less human psychology), but with affirming their own Authori-TAY. Tony Scaliopina would do better in a sausage grinder or decorating the end of an anarchist flagpole.

I don't give a fuck what the Supreme Court says

The stupid laws haven't stopped me from smoking it every day for the last thirty-five years to ease (or accentuate, take your pick) the pain of life.

Yeah the laws won't matter that much, but it was rather pleasant for many people to be able to go to a clinic in LA or Bay Area and pick up some decent bud with Zee Card (forged of course) without the hassle of dealers and so forth. The court's ruling is going to have repercussions in California--on the patients, the merchants depending on the sale of the weed, paraphernalia, etc, pinkslipping the yummy 'head chicks who work at the clinics, the doctors, etc. It's phuckin' seditionist.

that sucks
the laws don't seem to matter, but I'd prefer buying the stuff from a shopkeeper than from a guy who occasionally sells rocket launchers or 12 year olds to his mafia buddies.

it's funny, it would make a lot more sense to legalise everything. I'm sure trafficking would take a huge blow if the US and Europe did that.

Over here it's a taboo. If you mention it, and don't talk about it in a bad way, you're a filthy junkie and aren't human. There's been a new load of propaganda ads, and the police has been massively working on the problem when I'm sure they have a lot better to do.

But all in all I understand why occidental goverments are making pot illegal. I mean, there's a fair link between those who smoke pot, and those who are against the system. Especially the "dangerous" ones, you know, those who think in all the wrong places.
Making weed illegal solves the problem for many social cases.
Over here if you have some in your system when you're driving, the punishment is very severe, more than alcohol. The thing is, it stays in your bloodstream for months. So if you have an accident and had smoked a jont 2 months before, you can to jail, instead of having a mere fine raise for being a bit tipsy.

Pot should be legal. Period. It is no great threat to society.

And to rule against (overrule) state-sanctioned, doctor-prescribed medical marijuana is just inexcusable. This ruling rates high on the fascism meter, to say the least.

It's a clampdown that's for sure....it worries the hell out of me, not because of the pot, I could take or leave that for sure, but it's the "takeover" aspect, showing it's teeth more and more blatently in our government that is of grave concern and frustration to me.

It seems there is nothing that can be done.
The majority seem to want a takeover in this country.
Go figure.

The states that this ruling affects would make a nice number of people and area of land for seceding from this union.
Opportunity is there, but not enough takers probably to make it possible, although it has been mentioned by some folks.

I don't know what to think anymore.
