The "axis of pedophilia", is alive and well and continues to be legal.
Well loved companion of the "axis of evil" we've all come to fear so well.
I think the real punishment comes only when pedophiles die as sour old spineless men that everyone knows the truth about, and hates, despite their "aquittals"
At least, that's been my experience, and consolation, as a victim.
