No. Of course not! That's one of my favorite pieces of music.....

I was calling my piano rendition pathetic.

;)

My sister, however, could play it beautifully!

was listening to Bjork earlier yesterday...was also listening to tracks from off of this movie called "All About Lily Chou-Chou"...really fucking great soundtrack

will be listening to some random drum and bass off of a CD made for me by my cousin and then whatever is played on the radio - that oh so cool new station that plays eclectic variety

want to go out and get the new System of A Down

or Bach

or Debussy...yeah, especially Debussy...got his melodies on the brain right now...flowing through my head...distorting my silence...easing my morning crabtree...taking the inane out of the monotony and providing progressive substantial
Everything is surreal and i'm still not sure which decision I'll make.

Still can't get Debussy out of my head...the second Arabesque

ooh ooh

man, I wish I had a recording of "More Than a Feeling" by Boston

or "More Than Words" by Extreme ( I think the song is by them...)...
Everything is surreal and i'm still not sure which decision I'll make.

I listen to a lot of classical, don't understand it just like the noise it makes. I heard one very serious musician say on an interview that "recorded music is an abomination" to him. These are the closest I can get to live music

Bye Bye Blackbird and Mr Bojangles I have wore out the speakers listening to those two. And also Satin Doll.

On a unrelated note:
I used to have a friend from Wales who used to call tea bags and abomination. I love the word abomination, it has such a rock and roll sound as it rolls off my tongue. Makes me want to dance

The Animal Song - Savage Garden

When superstars and cannonballs are running through your head
And television freak show cops and robbers everywhere
Subway makes me nervous, people pushing me too far
I've got to break away
So take my hand now

Cause I want to live like animals
Careless and free like animals
I want to live
I want to run through the jungle
With the wind in my hair and the sand at my feet

I don't have any difficulties keeping to myself
Feelings and emotions better left up on the shelf
Animals and children tell the truth, they never lie
Which one is more human
There's a thought, now you decide

Compassion in the jungle
Compassion in your hands, yeah, yeah
Would you like to make a run for it
Would you like to take my hand, yeah, yeah

Cause I want to live like animals
Careless and free like animals
I want to live
I want to run through the jungle
With the wind in my hair and the sand at my feet

Sometimes this life can get you down
It's so confusing
There's so many rules to follow
And I feel it
Cause I just run away in my mind

Superstars and cannonballs are running through your head
Television freak show cops and robbers everywhere
Animals and children tell the truth, they never lie
Which one is more human
There's a thought now you decide

Compassion in the jungle
Compassion in your hands, yeah, yeah
Would you like to make a run for it
Would you like to take my hand, yeah, yeah

Cause I want to live like animals
Careless and free like animals
I want to live
I want to run through the jungle
With the wind in my hair and the sand at my feet
