mAGNETIC pOETRY kIT: vERSE nO. 3

Post by Bohemian » August 27th, 2005, 4:35 pm

Panting beneath
shadows
lathered,
in delirious
whispers
of a frantic
dream
sleeping
sadness,
misting over a blue spray
of winter’s bitter moments,
wanting.
Wanting yet,
to cry for
a bed of sweet petals,
only to be
manipulated by
shadows
a breast.

Hey, Lightning Rod... Eskimos? huh? Ohhh.. I see. Bohemian lists Anchorage as his location. ;) a cryptic poetic reply, eh?

You do the magnetic poetry kits a great service! I enjoyed this piece. They should hire you and put your poems on the outside of their boxes. Glad you stopped by to check out the Studio. Welcome! :) :) Hope to read more from you soon!

I especially liked "Panting beneath/ shadows/ lathered" and "to cry for/ a bed of sweet petals." Nice!

Thanks Lightning Rod and doreen

There are many misconceptions about the land of the midnight sun. Believe it or not situated beteen the igloos are Walmarts, Fred Meyers and JC Penny stores. And one note to doreen-I grew up on the east coast in a small town outside the beltwy, called Lorton..
