When prophets speak of assassination
and liars speak of truth
man is at his lowest,

when wise men speak of fools,
and weapons take the place
of all productive tools.

Robertson calls for assignation!

if you disagree

I got thrown out of a Quaker meeting yesterday for speaking my heart. The guy takes me outside and I am looking into his eyes. His jaws are clenched in anger, his eyes are dead. The last time I saw a look like that in someones eyes was back in Mobtown when I turned my back on him he hit me upside the head with a two by four. So I asked him if he was angry. Took a couple of seconds before he answered. Said he wasn't angry, just passionate about protecting the meeting. Then I asked him if he had a copy of Quaker Faith and Practice, he did but he didn't want to get it for me right then. He would have to go back inside and get it. I suppose he thought it would disrupt the meeting. He asked me if I had a pencil, wanted to email me. I turned my back and walked away. No two by four this time.

No, America does not try to convince or force anyone. Everyone can believe in what he/she wants to. Everyone can do what he/she wants under the condition to respect formal realities like free commerce and industry, a pluralistic democracy and the American flag and all it stands for.
