First time
First time
in a zen dojo. I dialogued with my escoliosis and felt my ankles dislocated, but I still can walk so I guess nothing is broke...
the experience of repetition
buena suerte sentando zazen
you might want to re-title the subject as "first time in a zen center"
it could spark some interest that way.
What is the name of the Zen center? Is it in Rosario? How is it set up? Is there a formal teacher there?
I visited a Zen dojo in New Orleans several times, when I was living in Shreveport, Louisiana, a smaller city about 250 miles northwest. They had a coffee shop and cafe eventually. They do have affiliate centers in Mississippi and also in Alabama.
The experience of deep concentration is an essentially healing one.
Send me news.

thanks, jimbo! I like my title... and I don´t spect all-time-direct-communication here.
The name of the Zen Center:it´s the only Zen Center in Rosario so it is called only "Dojo Zen", it´s seven blocks from my house.
The master-master is Kosen Thibaut, I guess he´s in France. I heard him ten years ago in a book presentation in Rosario.

OK you've got your style, abbreviated and minimalist, like a zendo
"first time" with the void, yes, feels good.
the zendo in your town does, i believe the same style of meditation sitting that the new orkleans zen center did
both with the same primary teachers,
I like their sitting style a lot,
it is shikantaza, just-sitting, strong on the posture and the outbreath, right?
Doreen it is like taking a cigarrette break without the cigarrette.
