Sorry Panta Rhei - I didn't know the child was not an English speaker. The Beatles spent a few years in Germany before they made it big and released singles in German. I know that "I want to hold your hand" was a big hit for them in Germany which they sang in German. Maybe getting both versions of the song and playing them will help.beatles songs in general are a good suggestion, as well.
