Oh sure.... God is punishing those who voted for Bush.... but guess
who was right there last month, scoring points in a tailor-made, compassion-filled photo-op and speech when he announced federal hurricane relief?.... that very same Bush. God should have thought this one over a little more carefully, even though He is, you know, omniscient and all that.

yeah, deciphering the sign of God's plan in creation is dificult. He could be punishing the Bush voters or granting Bush the gift of second-order sympathy votes (votes expressing eciprocity for his (lame but believed by the gullible) sympathy for the victims (nevermind hat this is only reqyuired of him from prezidential duties).
