Sometimes you got to move on. It is going to take s a special effort to break out. I loved this place. Thank you all or your patience and tolerance of my compulsive scribbling.

Adios

Doreen has nerves of steel, but even steel can stress. Trying to say good bye, I cam back here to post one for marskman45 my foolish father. I for got to use a couple of :) and a few :D
in the post I said him about Echo, cause he all ways beats me with his lilly hammers.

G-d is such a pain in the neck these days, trying to give it/her/him/ or is THEM? a rest.

Going to trudge on like I am, how did mindbum say it on his tag line,
godless & songless, western man dances with the stuffed gorilla through all the blind alleys of a dead-end world.

But I am going to take old kurt's advice, going to listen to the music and dance through blind alleys and dead-ends. The dead end saloon on the that little cobble stone street with the rail road tracks down the middle a block from the water front in B'moe.

no Cecil, doreen is going to have to run me off with a stick.

Geoff likes to scare the bejeezus out of defenseless old men.

Whole thing reminded me of that the Guy Clark song, "THe Ballad of the old Gun fighter.

Fear, it must have some function, I don' mean neurotic kind of anxiety, I mean the fear in the sense of "respect"

I remember surfermike getting on my case about my self pity years ago. And he did me a kindness by pointing it out. I only regret that when he fell into the trap himself, I did not return the kindness. I let him slide because he was a hero of mine. Do you remember the time he wrote about seeing God on that hilltop in Viet Nam? Humility, he was scared and had good reason to be.

I don't think there is much to do about Geoff's nonsense, I am just going to wait him out. I started this crap with my fear. I thought I had been hacked again and someone was sending out PM's in my name. I should have let it slide.

Jack, people say a lot of stupid things on the internet. I don't know what to say except sometimes the best thing to do is laugh it off or tell them to quit it or both.

I never did understand grand internet exits. You are not being run off here by anybody. I'm sorry your name got hacked before but it shouldn't happen again because the version of the software we're running has security features which protect against hacks.

I've seen a lot of internet dramas on several websites during my 7 years online. Geez... almost 8 years. That's a long time to spend a good portion of my days and nights online. If anybody should be saying goodbye, it's me! LOL!

But seriously, let the ridiculous stuff roll off your back and keep on being you and either post if you want or don't if you don't want to and either way, we love ya and hope you just keep on keepin' on without a heavy heart.

Hey, if we took everything everybody wrote on the internet seriously, we'd all be in serious trouble.

Why?

'Cause half of what many people write makes zero sense.

I know half of what I write doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm tired. Gotta go to sleep.

Hope to see you tomorrow at the Jam. If not? Well, be well. Take care. And be happy.
