three breath practice
sensory day as real as I feel
subjective clarity

I did it one time with a white 300sl convertible and some very clean windows of perception, I was objectifying sensory data all over the place. It was an enlightening experience. Sorry about the ramble, trying to get back to my driving zen practice, it was so easy to do with wheels under me. Take away the sensory data of 18 wheels and replace it with the four plastic rollers under this chair that I sit in
