Microcosm

Post by Artguy » December 10th, 2005, 11:58 am

In a previous post I discussed seeing more intensity in the micro of the world as opposed to the macro....this is an example of a piece I did several years ago of standing at rivers' edge and looking down at the crevace with trapped pool of water at my feet....

artguy, i love that blow up view

and anemone, it's science fiction in its most glorious present moment.

life is such a complexity of shapes and angles - it's incredible how each form fits function.

Hey Jimbo..last summer I was on retreat in Vermont...lots of intense meditation...walking through the woods looking at every leaf and stick...saw a little beetle took a closer look...he grew in my eyes to be no larger or smaller than I ...realized we share the same samsaric circle.......

Ah yes the Shambhala retreat,

how long does it take to begin to unwind and relax?
