The Christian Testimony of Condoleezza Rice

The Christian Testimony of Condoleezza Rice
The Layman, October 2002, via Rice2008.com ^ | October 2002 | Condoleezza Rice, Ph.D

"In this job, when we faced a horrible crisis like September 11, you go back in your mind and think, "Is there anything I could have done? Might I have seen this coming? Was there some way?"
When you go through something like that, you have to turn to faith because you can rationalize it, you can make an intellectual answer about it but you can't fully accept it until you can feel it here (taps chest). That time wasn't a failure, but it was a period of crisis when faith was really important for me. "

Rice says Memo to Bush entitled "Bin Laden determined to strike inside US" - not a "Warning"
August 6th 2001 Memo was "Historical Document"

By D. LINDLEY YOUNG
The Modern Tribune - April 8, 2004

WASHINGTON, D.C. (04/08) - On August 6, 2001, over a month before 9/11, during the "summer of threat," President Bush received a Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB) at his Crawford, Texas ranch indicating that bin Laden might be planning to hijack commercial airliners. The memo was entitled "Bin Laden Determined to Strike inside US", and the entire memo focused on the possibility of terrorist attacks inside the US. In testimony before the 9/11 Commission, Condoleezza Rice, National Security Advisor to President Bush, stated to the commission that she and Bush considered the August 6th PDB as just an "historical document" and stated that it was not considered a "warning."

I wonder what all you christian feminists think about that. I tell you what I think. I think christian feminism is bullsh*t. I think any pre-fix to feminism is bullshit. Be it male-feminist or christian. Hey I am an experpert on it. I am a proto-feminist

Everything that has labels is designed to be confusing so you lose your sight inside the box, that is, once you’ve chosen one comfortable enough for you to hide in, the lid is closed. A label is nothing more or less than a cattle brand.

I was going to delete this. Just grouchy today. I agree about the labels. I stumbled on a feminist site called Heartless Bitches. They seemed to admire her a lot. At first I thought it was sarcasm, but then realized they were serious.

I think it was Iron Hands on litkicks that called her Snake Eyes. I don't know what it is about the woman that gives me the squirms. Maybe it is because I think she has a pretty good shot at being the next president of the the USA.

Thanks for the comeback.
in friendship

wha about

radical feminist

or

militant feminist ?

anyway, Condi Rice'd be scary if she wasn't so stupid. much like Bush, tho less so.

Historical document! That's awesome. i take it back. she's a genius. an Orwellian genius. the immediate future is already (just past) history.
I don't think 'Therefore, I am.' Therefore, I am.

Yeah she got a PHD, that stands for Polish Hot Dog. What have we done as a nation to deserve this? Is it payback for being the country of the tired, poor, huddled masses of wretched refuse.

I suppose we will always have the poor with us, and the mobs too.

It is the Christian thing that bugs me. Cat says the american people are Zombies. I think the mega churches with 15,000 members and TV evengelicals are the Zombies. I don't think she can fail. They have put the last nail in Nietzsche's coffin. And everyone of those Churches is in his base of Christian Zionists.

e-dog and jimboloco thanks for your replies.

I’m no fan of Rice. I don’t even like rice as food.

Was just a simple statement that dissection makes the whole weaker. Not an attempt to get you to delete your posts. Or something like pouring peroxide in the ear, it bubbles and breaks apart the wax till it’s gone.

Anyway, I do not like Rice.
