palm reading my fave
those green eyes
got hypnotized

the low saturation quality throughout
makes the saturation intensity of the green eyes
stand out so that they appear with a brilliance like emeralds.

the almost brooding humor goes throughout the images
except for mother earth, a swirling refrain of clouds and stars
and bubbles of light surrounded by a host of co·me·di·ennez.

These are SO cool...I love your colors. I was wondering which of these is your favorite?

Excellent.

The eyes have it...hands down!

You exude talent.

I'm not gonna say what I see in some of these pics because well frankly that's my business but...I likey.

Thanks for posting these.

You can illustrate my journal anytime. My journals are such hideous messes of scrawl.

Leonard Cohen blackens his pages...I char mine.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

"Eye-Hand" and "Hiding" are both terrific, Doreen.

Do you know George Pratt's work? Here's a link to his "artblog" in which he discusses his teaching, his own art techniques, and more:

http://web.mac.com/georgepratt/iWeb/Geo ... tblog.html

I was just reading some of his comments on spontaneity and not overgrooming things and I thought of your best artwork ( like the illustrated journal entires here).

You might find some of his comments interesting-- he's also a MAC enthusiast, in addition to being a skilled painter and draftsman.
