CPR

i'm just doing a refresher course in CPR. Here, it's mandatory for teachers to know how to offer first aid and since most accidents happen in places other than hospitals and doctors' offices (though i'm sure quite a few happen there as well), i thought it would be interesting to offer up this CPR quiz.

Tell me how you do. i've got a test tomorrow - practical - giving CPR to an adult and infant dummy and written, where i have to answer questions about shock, heart attack and wounded victims. Snake and scorpion bites are also on the agenda (keep the person still and relaxed to slow down the spreading of the poison, and for goddess' sake, don't try to suck out the venom. Playing around with it can only make it spread faster)

so, have fun.

6 out of 10

Some of those mutiple choices were funny.

What to do after you call 911 tor report a cardiac arrest?
Unlock the door, tie up the dog and take out the garbage.

What should you do if the victim has dentures?
Brush and floss them.
