i am.

wondrously at times, painfully, blissfully, confused(ly), angrily, elatedly, longingly, tiredly, inspiredly, strangely, relatively, absolutly at others.

alive encompasses so much.
dealing with it, being it, every moment anew and honestly, totally, means to be.

alive.

with every breath i take.

I still have some flubber left in me.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

Well, I'm pretty sure I am. I just checked and my heart was still beating. I shed a tear or two tonight. Laughed a little, too. Yeah, I guess I am.

Somebody at work dropped dead today. No kidding. I went to pick up my paycheck and the receptionist was putting together black bows. Black bows? What for?, I wondered. What's the occasion?, I asked. An employee woke up this morning and stopped breathing, I was told. I thought that was an odd way to put it.... "woke up and stopped breathing." He was only 50, I think. So sad. We never know when it's our time.

Yeah, but I'm here.... for now. Glad to see you here, too! I've missed you.

Let's have a few laughs ok? Tears too. Why not? Life is short. Eat dessert first. ;)

I had a fantastically mad experience last night with some chick I met on the bus. It was surreal. Started with some pool.......ended with........oh wait......what happens in Vegas, stays in vegas......right? All I can say is YES! I Am MOST CERTAINLY ALIVE. Or at least I was last night. Now I am in some sort of coma like hang over state, like after one of those dreams you awake from and have to wait a few seconds until your eyes focus to the fact that you are really still in bed. I really should tell you all the story, but not yet my freinds.......not yet.

good point, pierre. i should add a poll option "died and have been re-born"

still alive
confusion permeates and then the dust begins to settle to make further chaos more visible.

that means i'm alive (right?)

I owe thousands and thousands of dollars in funeral expenses
I am a coward, and I die frequently
I wake and pick the maggots out of my eyes.
we all scream at the same octive
make the same sound
fear silent winds
dark nights
but romantisise it at the same time...

but maybe that is not true

but maybe it is

who fucking knows?

I'm alive, although I should be sleeping....

Hello everyone from yere old friend Hesty.
Just dropped in from the whirling vacumn of my life

...Stella went east to school three weeks ago. So I've been bummed.

It's been a painful sacrifice for me, but when I think of how much better this school is for her, I can't complain.....
It just plain hurts.....

I've been grouchy and complainful.
Keepin to myself....

Man, I feel like making a toast to you all.
Cheers from the bottom of my heart....

I also feel like doing some catching up here.....
I think that's a good sign....
Happy Fall to y'all..

dear hester! of course you're alive. if it hurts, there must be a pulse (seems to be a law of physics). And 3 weeks is long enough to feel that particular pain, it seems. Time for a new emotion to usurp the agony of missing precious S.

It's Rosh Hashana, today - the Jewish New Year. How fitting that you've chosen today to resurrect! Cheers!

and you'll probably notice that when you call her, it seems that her cheek is directly attached to yours. The phone is a wonderful delusion - i've grown to appreciate it.
