Sunday Stream (96) ~ XXX

Post by mtmynd » September 24th, 2006, 12:40 am

XXX
"XXX" ... Triple X ... catchy stuff. Makes one think they're going to see something nasty, something 'dirty', unbridled sexuality... yeah!

"XXX" - the words, all the 'dirty' words describing the sex act. "Fuck" (of course!), "cock" (not just penis or prick, not dick... no! but "cock" - hard, pulsating, engorged male member), "cunt" (not vagina, definitely not...not pussy, that word is not 'dirty' enough...it has to be "cunt" - spread legs, moisture-dripping-from-the-pink-lips "cunt"... XXX)

Ahh, triple "X"...how those three X's draw our curiosity, even if we don't want to or think we shouldn't...but the mind has got to see, to read...the great titillation. We put on our voyeur mask and enter into the primal urge of sexuality. Not for reproducing, not even for love, but just raw-ass sex....sex for sex sake, sex for orgasmic bliss.

Open the doors. Unleash the horny little person inside. Give that horny thing whatever it wants...as long as its nasty, man, nasty, this'get-down-and-eat/suck-that-stuff horny'... rock on!!

"XXX" - the three letter seduction that gets the mind working. shifting gears into the wild world of sexual pleasure. Where are the 'dirty' descriptions of fucking? Where are the nasty images of blow jobs and pussy licking? Where's the strap on with the girl pounding away on someone's ass? Where are the threesomes..the group sex...the kinky ways the mind conjures up pleasure thru the act? This is what "XXX" means!

No matter one's sexual preference there is some literature to indulge those senses. Henry Miller made his living at it. Anais Nin sold her sexual imagings for a dollar a sheet. After all, it is only sex isn't it? "XXX" sex at its most creative. How many ways can one describe the horny mind reeling out images of one persuasion or another? Damn, there are many ways...

Or is there? Come on now... the mind invents more than most humans would ever do. True, there are those that ram it to the edge...those that shove up the limits. But the limits are just that. Everything that has been sexually imagined has been done. There is really nothing new under the old Sun. There's a new design for a bed, a sofa...new materials for the sheets or cushions. There's a new soft mattresses and pillows. Latex garb to indulge those so inclined. But the actual act is ultimately an effort to get ones rocks off...the big "O". That is the purpose, the base fucking reason for all these adjuncts to the sexual act.

The joy of it all is the foreplay. Most women enjoy the atmosphere of 'love', of romance. Men see it as the road to 'fucking'... No matter what the atmosphere the true reason is to give/receive your sexual pleasure. Words can be gentle and touch on insinuations. The words can be upfront and in the face (I wanna fuck you). The words can deliver the essence of love... it's all for the end. The initial joy is for what hopefully will be satisfaction - deep physical satisfaction...even better when both (or more) partners reach that point sometime thru the foreplay. That old mind striking the match for the heat of passion...the mind knows what it wants. The mind puts it into motion, whether we are ready or not. Ask any man who could be doing any chore, any task totally unrelated to sex...but when that penis starts stirring, when the blood begins running into the shaft...to hell with whatever he was doing! After all, there are priorities, you know! Or the woman that stalls on the romantic track...the fantasy of being wanted by that certain somebody. They have taken that persons attention away from whatever they were doing and now they are devoted to the woman's attention. She becomes the object of desire. And she will surrender to her partner, will give that partner what they want...their bodies are ready, their minds are willing...the mind is interpreting the impulse of nature...

The sexual urge is united with the creative urge...it all depends upon if 'you are horny or not'. If we aren't necessarily horny, we use the creative urge to touch upon our inner being...painting, writing, dancing, sculpting, and even simpler endeavors like cooking, cleaning, rearranging our rooms. It's all basic creativity.
(In the beginning God created...)
We carry the creative force within us. It is our gift of being. We make, we learn, we discover, we grow...

So what about destruction? This destructive streak that we humans carry about? Is not this destructiveness simply desire unfulfilled? The desire turns to a type of hatred of what out minds project. We can't accept that we have those thoughts, those desires. Suppression breeds destructiveness...if not now, eventually all that suppression will bring forth a great destruction.

It's all founded in the sexual primacy of the human. This was the great discovery of Sigmund Freud. The early part of the 20th century brought on mankind’s new vocabulary to understand himself - the ego, the id, super consciousness. This along with the power of our sexuality and how it affects our inner being.

All this was/is referred to as "Psychology" - the study of the mind/soul. This was a new phenomenon for mankind (at least in the Western world)...there was something more to the human than just their bones, blood, and flesh. There was now our 'mind'- this study of the mind unraveled new discoveries of what makes us tick. We now had new reasons to be what we were or what we were becoming....we had more understanding of why we do things that affect our behavior. Psychology opened up, if not mankind, certainly western mankind.

Freud primarily saw our sexual energy as being fulfilled or suppressed. Simply put, when we fulfill our sexuality we are of a better temperament. When our sexuality is suppressed or inhibited we establish obsessive behaviors that are socially unacceptable. These types of behavior are too numerous to mention here.

So as mankind continues to grow, continues to learn about what they are and what causes them to be how they are, this equips us with more and more understanding of what makes us tick... and the more we learn of ourselves the better to become what our potentials are, and consequently the better off all of society will become. So many people - so much to learn. Are there enough teachers to spread the word? Are there enough people willing to learn about what they are, what they are capable of?

The real "XXX" is ignorance, plain and simple, and should be "X'd" out.
___________

The power of destruction
looms overhead
a dark cloud of ignorance
filled with pessimism
ready to rain down on us all

when all we really need
is to accept our Self
as sexual beings
as learning machines
an evolving species
working towards giving
our future generations
a life realized
by goodness and peace
to fulfill their
own dreams
in a climate of wisdom
versus storms of lies

You would think so but Freud changed his mind. Something beyond the pleasure principle. Another drive or instinct. He called it thanatos. A death wish, a death instinct.

Nice post Cecil.
I miss those sidelong glances as she studied the angle of the dangle perpendickular to the man. Sweet female trigonometry

Edit

I hardly understand Freud. He talked about the compulsion to repeat and the death instinct. I think there are parallels to Buddhism in his thought, but I know less about Buddhism then I do about Freud.

GJ: "He called it thanatos."

Debatable. There are evidently some scholars that claim Freud never wrote of 'thanatos', i.e., using that word, anyhow. But it is a valid word within psychoanalysis.

There's that duality (yin/yang) thing again - creativity/death. Just can't seem to escape its truth, eh?

Thx for the reply.

It has been over thirty years since I read Beyond The Pleasure Principle. I thought he used the word Thanatos. Thanks for the modulation.

I been thinking of how those salmon return to the Columbia River to spawn and die. Nothing to do with your post but it seems a nice juxtaposition of the duality.

Keep on streaming
