Take the annual military buget and put it instead towards social services.

pay my health care expenses, that insurance calls "pre" existing conditions........talk about grey areas......
me I feel like I'm becoming some kinda Kung fu t.v. Priest.....

...forgive the federal loans (that empower even the poor and wrongly-colored citizens (and maybe one day even the 'non-citizens' who arrive as we old blue-bloods' forebears did) a shot at education) to those whose necessary service (teaching, counseling, social work, etc) tend to the people the government might rather ignore.
