yesterday the place had its third birthday!. We were with my family eating in a bar by the river and when we finished, guided by the music of street musicians and with the excuse to show the place to Bruno I visited it again!!.

The Island of the Inventions, Rosario
As one of the placards of the center says:
A place to grow.
A place to learn.
A space to participate.
A territory of search and creativity.
An usina of inventions and new ideas.
A challenge for the imagination.
A bridge between the school and the city.
The Island of the Inventions was born in September from 2003 of the hand of the city Hall (City Hall) of the city of Rosario as a space where the girls and the children can learn practicing of children, this is, playing, being disguised, drawing, reading, climbing, inventing… a place where they develop their creativity and imagination being entertained.
It is located in the old station Central Rosary, a building built to ends of the 19th century and that conserves the environment of the old stations of train. The space is paymaster in such a way that there is a great variety of stands where different activities can be carried out.
The principal idea of The Island of the Inventions is the crossing of languages, and who they are in charge of designing the educational and playful devices, they are faced time and again with the challenge of combining letters, sciences, arts, positions and technology.
We offer you the explanatory placards of different activities with associated images to them.
FIRST LETTERS
A plaza of play to explore the alphabet through diverse actions that produce the encounter between the body and the words. Pleasure, sensations and images so that the tiniest approach al world of the letters.
Carlos, matt in hand, explains us as this static bicycle species functions that invented he. This it related to the letters since is a "b" icicleta.
THE SENSE OF THE THINGS
Conceptual construction – Colors and languages
Workshop to carry out objects that show different meanings.

THE DRESS AND THE WORDS
The clothes is a language: in each body, in each culture, in each time and place, the clothing says who we are (social group, I generate, hierarchy, age, specialty, profession, etc.).
The history of the fashion is a form to investigate the history of the humanity.
In this space we ask us: What relations existed and they exist among the fashion, the designers and the literary movements of their epoch?
The answer is a play of great delight: to be disguised and to learn about the Romanticism, the Modernism, the Surrealism, the influence of the East in West, the crash of the pop music and a lot more. Knowing on designers, poets and writers.
