thank you to Lightning Rod for his beautiful flute accompaniment and for all the tech work to help me record this! :hearts:

Here are the lyrics..... LRod helped me get set up so I could play the bass and drum tracks on the piano keyboard (wish i could play it on the real bass guitar he gave me for christmas but need to build up some callouses still and learn how to play that instrument, not that i know how to play ANY instrument but whatever... this was FUN!!!!!...thanks for listening...

.........

.... Ahhhhh~! The NET!

It's the bless-ed interfest,
the inter-mess stupid highway,
the blagosphere, the webtubes,
the blogoblag, the worldwide blahblah,
the webstratmospheric tub-oblog,
the inerfestiveworldwide blagatube,
the intermittent megamesstic metasphere,
the tubularly connected indeterminable
superunstructured progressanet
and deprogressive erotizone,
the massive megamall,
the impermanent stratablogular
global beast.

Ahhhh, the net!
Welcome!

It's a messy confessional.
It's a ware promotion.
It's various cries and whines.
It's tune time and crime time,
a damn spambot haven.
It's an icky wicki circuit game.
Allialli in, it's a porn hustler,
a fileswap clusterfuck.

Some soothe each other's grieving,
some lose their temper, seethe like snakes,
some take, some keep each other's secrets,
some compete for attention, some exchange jokes,
some rant, pitch tantrums, some troll,
disrupt the peace, many tease each other
with empty flirts, some look issues straight in the cyclops eye,
some try to avoid certain topics at all costs,

many have too many rules,
many have too few,
and there are some I knew
who collected romances
like cyberflies, pinning each in the thorax,
wings glued down so they couldn't fly away.

Ahhhh, the net!
Some have met, some have engaged, some have continued to
persuade or dissuade, some have genuinely eluded or precluded
a variety of fade-ins and fade-outs, some have attempted a whisper,
some a shout and some (in the more extravagant bunch) have actually
contributed to the operational status by various means.

it's an emoty-con
an abbreviated jarg-on
an accronym feast,
a laugh outloud winkie smiley
tag you're it blagospheric
an instantaneous massage
an international strange exchange.
(and an occasional deliberate typo.)
It's a mass addict photoshop-touched
photolabular electroplex
a sex playground,

this tubularly connected indeterminable
superunstructured progressanet
and deprogressive erotizone,
the massive megamall,
the impermanent stratablogular
global beast.

Ahhhh, the worldwide
blahblah!

Thanks for listening, jack.

I chose this one for my first post on my new artlog spot.

why?

because it was the most recent thing I've created other than more intangible things which I haven't been able to put into words or music yet

I was worried about creating myself a spot

didn't know whether i could be as prolific as some of the others including you

thanks again
