U.S. BOMBS SOMALIA

Post by Zlatko Waterman » January 9th, 2007, 10:25 am

The phrase that seems most chilling to me-- in Pentagonese, of course:

" . . .other planes conducted anti-terror operations . . ."

Dropping multi-hundred-pound bombs during an event which "killed many people" and during which some commented that "the United States bombing my country is entirely wrong . . ." is characterized by the Pentagon and the BUSHKO junta as "anti-terror operations."

Here's the whole CBS-News article:

a journalist from kenya was on democracy now
we zapped a whole bunch on innocentes with our AC-130 gunships
and got one

it's the total war concept applied to the third world
shoot first ask questions later
gunboat diplomacy

meanwhile there are those who are greiving
unknown to americans
unspoken about by the media
they mourn
and suffer.

journalist stated there had to be another way.
and never mind the consequences
more alienation and anger
more al-quaida
never mind the absurd politics of violence
state terrorirm,
never mind

only the suffering remains

Very well said, Jim.

It looks like we might take out al-Maliki, Chile-style. Then we'll install someone more compliant-- not a "Shia-toady of Iran." (Rush Limbaugh)

Then what happens to the "democratic" government we spent so many lives ( and hundreds of billions) for?

Let's see-- the fallback slogan:

Weapons of Mass Destruction
Democratic Elections
Total Autonomy
Stifle the Insurgency
Have to Stay because of "Possible" Civil War
Snuff the Fuckin' Towelheads and Grab the Oil? ( oh . . .we've been using that one all along--
I see . . . sorry . . .)
