Poll do you ever...
googled something you wrote to see is anyone has ever put the two or three words you have strung together into what you think is an original thought?
and Freud's complaint was that where ever his thoughts would take him, a poet had been there first.
I have not thought any other questions to ask so I guess these will have to do for now
I kind of went overboard with the questions
as I sit here being brainwashed by the Rosewater Foundation
This is jack may I help you...

Thank you for taking the time to reply to her question.
She is one of my favorite charcters from a Vonnegut novel. But I see her a little different than Vonnegut described her. I don't loose much sleep over being orginal. All those words I have read or heard over the years, I think they are all inside my skull still. I shake them up and roll the dice and see what comes out. It seems like everything I write is a cut and paste. Sometimes I want to use footnotes.
I feel like there is nothing new under my sun sometimes.
Right now I got a lot of Husserl running around my brain.

In phantasy, we can transpose melody which we have heard in a certain key and on the basis of a definite tonal species to different registers. In this way it can very well be that proceeding from known sounds, we can arrive at sounds which as yet we have never heard. In a similar way—that is to say in expectation—phantasy forms the idea of the future from the past. The notion that phantasy is able to offer nothing new, that it exhausts itself in the repetition of same elements already given in perception, it one that is completely erroneous. Finally what the complete idea of time, the idea of infinite time, arrives at is a structure of conceptual representation [Vorstellen] exactly like that of an infinite numerical series, infinite space, etc.The Gaining of the Future and Infinite Time

These are my golden years
nothing to take a vacation from
I like the sundown song a lot, always playing in my mind back then, even now it is good for me to hear it.
Dark song
dark thoughts
I stumbled on this while I was looking for a Joe Ely song
It Cheered me up.
Eight year old cracks the code of happy thought

good to hear things looking up
good luck on the move.
this is probably the best home I have had in...
