Somewhere else

Post by hester_prynne » September 16th, 2007, 2:11 am

Yes, I see
"the light that gleams
at the end of the tunnel".
But can you
assure me,
that there's a reason
to go there,
instead of,
somewhere else?
Like where I am
right now,
oblivious to everything,
content,
small,
alone,
incompleteful.

almost 3 am.
laying here
in limbo
listening to your
awesome jazz
4 tunes w/piano
i swim your underwaters
sends me theda
the poem
the words
my tunnel long
yet mirrored
I let that
little speck of
light shine
dealing with
thinking on
even OCD-ing
the me alone
the me with all
my many friends
the me with a
love that burns (literally)
churns as I head
to the ever after
I walk these hospital halls
looking for a smile
a lil conversation
on the 4th floor
cardio pulmanary unit
the top floor
closer to heaven
me I feel like I'm becoming some kinda Kung fu t.v. Priest.....

beautiful!!
aahh... the light factor!!!

I would prefere
a non-smokers
soft-lighted room
not too much noisy
with music & scents I like
but I can change my mind (?)
if you´re not there, friends!!

Hush…my swaddled bunch of cloth…
neither butterfly nor moth
but still cocooned
you’re still marooned—
gluttony and greed and sloth,
envy, pride and wrath and lust
aren’t to bother you, so just
relax within
this void of sin—
cast away where nothing’s fussed;
close your eyes against the light,
bind it as you’re bounded tight,
content and small—
release it all—
I will love you through the night,
I’ll protect you till you know
incompleteful wonders grow
as perfectly
as grace to be
Yes of truth and truth of No.
