Mi na Samhna

Post by westcoast » March 15th, 2008, 12:21 am

The grey-haired lady
waves, she
is going home

In her practical tan
station wagon
up the gravel drive

~

While before me, she lies prone
ravaged body
serene, draped beneath
white sheets

She speaks
Oracle with
Old eyes wide,

Airborne on morphine

Her taloned hands

Grip the event horizon

~

i like the minimal treatment - enough to stimulate, not enough to saturate. nice piece.
