this is going to be good! i can feel the energy already!

my only experience with roots has been carrots and potatoes (unless you count peyote)

doreen I am not sure, I have to check a label and see what it contained, I am a firm believer in alchemy the art of medicine and stuff like that. Wheen I was out there in the texas sun fixing that roof the bear gave me two of his energy pills, somekind of formula of roots and other vegetable matter, man they worked doreen.

I wonder if that is what was in it.

I Got Sutures On My Foreskin

too much alliteration
did you say stiches as in sutures

I will have to re read that
I lost my faith in Hoffman's gift
who knows anymore what is in it now.
I am sticking with botanicals
should I ever take that path again
that was the most spiritual inward journey I have ever had, still leaves me feeling cool calm collected a quater century later.

I need energy of another sort
the mundane
that helps me make it through the day in day out things I got to do to maintain.

that native american church that uses the peyote in their rites, you got to have a genetic claim. I got no religion clay, that circumcission happed a long time ago, but the vascetomy and reversal that was only about thirtyfour years ago.

my sister swears by the maca doreen. i think she mixes it into her morning fruit shakes. and she makes a tea with it?

And I feel great! Worked in the garden for several hours and still have some energy left.

All it says on the bag is 1/2 - 1 teaspoon. It doesn't say how often.

I wonder how often I can take this stuff? gotta find out
