koffenwheez is a pokemon- evil and highly ineffective. part of team rocket - jessie, james, and meowth - the cat with a medallion lodged in his forehead. james looks like bowie - the thin white duke - and is of ambiguous sexuality. though i am no authority on matters pokemon, i do have a rudimentary knowledge of the milieu. bertrand russell has expounded on the phenomenon in many of his works.

It's KEVIN! Dr. Otto von Wheezenkoff!
Where IS he, indeed?
Well, I will call him on the phone (because he doesn't use the internet very often) and let him know you are looking for him and next time he stops by, I'll make sure he posts some of his award-winning poetry!
