Wet, Wild and Weeping

Post by STUPID BOB » December 26th, 2004, 11:02 am

I suppose God wanted the Sri Lankans, Indians, Thais, Malaysians and the people of Bangladesh to take a bath and live in new homes this Christmas. Wadda Great Gift Idea.

my kid has decided it's a Signfromgod

her boyfriend is waiting for her to join him over there while she's still deciding to go or not. He's in Calcutta on the beach. The question is: alive? or swimming?

As my previous post suggests, I have problems with signs from anywhere.

News from the area is scant and it appears that we'll all have a considerable wait for word.

I'm glad your girl is where you can see her and I'm helpless in regards to her boyfriend. Roland Buerk , a reporter for BBC news gave an eye witness account of his escape from the catastrphe. He's in Sri Lanka and he doesn't paint a pretty picture. There are however, MANY survivors. The problem is there are few rescue services there. It is, in his words, a "do it yourself rescue mission."
