If Studio Eight Was American Idol

Post by Lightning Rod »

I would be Simon (frankly, I think that was a travesty)
Doreen would be Paula (I loved this)
Truck would we Randy (you go dawg)

maybe we should start a forum called Poetic Idol

American Idol is not the most popular show on television for nothing
it tells the American story
it's a fantasy of course
that you can be a waitress one day and a star the next
but we like to think that, it makes being a waitress easier

Can I be one of those guest folks that mentors a segment of music that the contestants have to sing?
Oboy oboy oboy....

I love to fantasize about that kind of shit.
I'm a big Fan of the show too

that's one of my favorite parts of the whole spectacle, the mentors

I gained a whole new respect for Barry Manilow when I saw him do that
and even Burt Bacharach

you would be a great mentor, theda

it takes a lot of losers to make a winner... and sometimes the winner loses in the end.
