my immediate response to this is that the horn shapes are symbolic of blowing a shofar which gives it a musical quality...
We should not mind if on our ear there fell. Some less of cunning, more of oracle...Thoreau

ha! scott - shofar - oh call all my people!
The ram's horn was used to call all the shepherds from far and wide to gather together.

nice pastoral observation.
cecil - lovely

oh i do see this and all the versions as a quilt. Maybe we could do a group quilt? Each one claiming a language and decorating a piece of fabric. As in our own studio8 community statement?
do i hear an aye?

Thx, emel_scott. I thought you'd comment on the gradations but surprised me with the shofar. cool!

judih, thanks for your assistance with this continuing experiment in creative writing. ((smile)) quilt? i do imagine a very large copy of this, like 16' x 20' or even larger... hanging on an outside wall of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art for a full-blown impact. picture it.
