harem

Post by constantine » August 10th, 2008, 9:42 pm

I've got em all over the world
from canada
romania
australia and rome
they love me
read my words
send me messages
ahh, constantine
ohh, dino
the faceless body
blind love
and I run with it
and I never get tired
I am young again

welcome to the internet
where harem owners
soon discover
they aren't the only
harem owners,
there are many others

nobody says it aloud
to scare 'em
but harem owners
are often in a harem

:P

I had a harem once
it was more trouble that it was worth
but it was in person, hands on

maybe it's easier to juggle cyber-wives
but why would you want to?
you get none of the goodies and all of the worries
more trouble than it's worth as well

your last line is the clincher, dino
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

The Poet's Eye

Dino, you are a lucky man. Even if it's all a dream it must be mighty nice. More power to ya.

nice to hear from you again, john. i am lucky that they read my poetry; the rest is all in my head. though the poem is me-specific, the phenomenon i believe is common. hell, we do it all the time in our minds - in the "real world," or at least i do.
