Me too.
They lie to me daily,
the poets, priests and politicians.
Hurts like hell, but I've kind of gotten used to it.

I was raped by my priest as a child. He introduced me to it slowly... First I had to suck his dick... I was cool with that. He told me the fluids of christ were entering me. I believed him. I was so upset when I later vomited and cried and the fluids of christ lay on the carpet...

He then told me that for punishment for rolling my eyes when he spoke one time, he'd have to fuck my arse. he said I was getting off lightly, jesus was crucified! So I let him do it. It hurt and I bled and cried.

but, worse than all that... he tried to teach me about everlasting life, god who created everything and a devil who will take you if you sin and give you an infinite life of horror after you leave this world...

people worry about priests raping their kids. what about all that other shit they pump into them?! I got over my priest rapes from years of therapy and some mouth wash... the other shit will never leave my mind!

truck, I never went for that bullshit. I was a skeptic even in Sunday school
I liked the stories though, but I looked at them for what they are: fables.
my skepticism saved me from bitterness

bennie, this is a piercing piece of satire

I just logged on and I feel so unclean.
Was that really necessary?

No more necessary or unnecessary than the Inquisition,
I suppose. Therefore. Ergo. Etc. Etc.

Never mind.

You do raise a good point however,
about the existential doctrinal rape and all..

I feel I need to clarify now: I wasn't raped by my priest. That thing I wrote there was, as LR rightly pointed out, a little piece of twisted satire.

but for the rest of you, a joke: what do you get if you cross a kangaroo with a sheep? a woolly jumper.

now, I feel I should explain. you see, a jumper is what we call a sweater. sweaters are made of wool and kangaroos jump.

As the LorD rightly pointed out I am an idiot
Geez I had no idea you were joking
Shine it on bennie
I am pulling your leg,
imagine that

but even so

Of course you were joking. You may not have been raped by your priest, but thanks to your high-definition visual, I think I may have been! I'm taking a long shower..
