So what else is new?

Did you catch Luger's senate speech?

I heard a general say that even if the troops started rolling out today it would take ten months to a year. Only one road leading to Kuwait.

Everything coming up roses for me and my gal.

yeah but we the people have to go to alternative sources to find this news, CNN reporting yesterday on how a main street in Baghdad is safer now
and that the sectarian killings are less than before and also now accusing Iran agents of direct involvement in killngs of British soldiers around Basra and compliciity in Shihite insug=rgent attacks elsewhere in Iraq against American troops, all towards expanding the animosity towards Iran and possibly extending the war and a conjured incident that will spark a direct confrontation with Iran.

Also Lugar did say that he would not oppose thhe president, but would want the pres to make the changes on his own.

I still think that we will be subjected to increasing rhetoric about the new "enemy", Iran.

yoiu are right, all the army truckers in the world will have to take them home, a slow train fraught with potential for sabotage.

I could probably stream CNN too.

Lugar said that the battle is for the mind of the President.
Meaning I think is that he trying to turn him around.
