Yes, it can, even off of paper (I used to work at an art restoration place that did repairs like that for collectors, musems, etc) but it costs more $ than I've got. I could always import it into my GIMP thing and do a digital repair so I could have it online, anyway. Maybe I should do that.

i don't see a stain
and even so it appears to be subtle
maybe an earthy touch
great and interesting compo
after all the figure drawings i have done and seen
i find this one to be unusual and refreshing
