Glare stillglaring

Post by still.trucking » June 21st, 2009, 9:56 pm

searching for a haiku that ab hill or arbor hill wrote on litkicks a long time ago

sunshine and leafy shadows on the pavement

I been seeing a lot of glare today. Traveling on Hwy 78. About three PM, the sun behind me at just the right angle to hit the windshields of the on coming traffic like a locomotive head light shinning directly in my eyes even with the polarized sunglasses.

Looking away and thinking about Sun Rise bend on interstate ten east bound out of Phoenix just after sunrise.

Thinking about the light that blinds.

Thinking about the glare over Hiroshima.

God taking snaps shots of people with his atomic camera
see the the shadows burned into the sidewalk

I don;t know why arb hill haiku reminds me of Hiroshima. I wish I could find that haiku again.
