road going memory drawing i did 15 years ago. the old man said "thankyou for picking me up in the middle of the prarie!" dropped him off in amarillo, about 1975

used the tumbleweed and the puck in the window as yin-yang symbolism. from a period in my life where the road was my guide all else was lost.

be here now

Mr A, What grade am I in? One of my fave dumb jokes I like to poke at old folks my age. Last time I asked that silly question was a couple of weeks ago in recently resumed life drawing sketch class where I am the median age. This one fellow said he was a "senior." So I am almost a senior, 57 1/2

I made the drawing 15 years ago when already here in St. Pete, my "found" home town. Before that, I'd never stayed anywhere more than 4 years. The memory was from the mid 70's when I was roaming freely about the country, usually in a state of dumb bewilderment.

Ms.A, I did learn Tai Chi with the Taoist Tai Chi Society's club here in
St. Pete, about the time I was doing this drawing.....it is a remarkable activity but now have forgotten the movements. Would like to do it again, so maybe I will, it is energizing, calming, great!
Let me know if'n ya start up. They must have a website by now. Clubs all over, especially strong up in Canada.

this is something else, really. I love it.

But I feel that I should point out the hazzards involved in drawing pictures whilst at the wheel of an automobile.

I'm sure there are impresionable younger types hanging around on these boards here and I'm not sure that you're setting them the best example.

Drawing behind the wheel of an automobile is extremely dangerous and should not be attempted at any time.
well I write music review so I do:

mmm... I don´t think it´s a good idea to practice tai-chi on the web and I´m not in Canada but I already know places in my city where I can practice. Thanks anyway, j!.
