ostensibly difficult to understand without a dictionary
the interlocutors priggish and gullible
vituperating the indifference of poetry
as a loquacious fraud of rhyme and words

and conrad black's response
and i quote ... i am proud of all my falsehoods
and almost completely vindicated
as a reasonable person who would punch
you in the head

under lesser circumstances
