poem for the stars

Post by revolutionR » March 11th, 2015, 11:52 pm

the days were once filled with poetry books
the clouds were huge white and light filled
the road was written down like signs
in the street

I read the words that I found to speak
to me of things I could not write myself
I had to want to write like that

like the open signs in the street of the page
reading words like clouds that turn around
in the air like flying machines
poems like ladders up into the sky
the book of life
