Red Pedals Metal Studded Stompers

it jumped up
I
felt it go free
got some air
you see
I got some new red pedals

big flat metal studded stompers

put them on the black mountain bike 
with the big stump jumping wheels

been trying to do this bunny hop thing

feet kept slipping off
cramps my style

you got to hold back on the pedal then kick up

kinda tippy toe 
jump the back wheel up

after bouncy jumping the front up

one two hop

got some little hops

also have been bailing off of stuff

tearing down the slip sliding hill

climbing back up 
keep your butt on the seat
chest on the handle bars 
lowest gear

almost can't be done

but steady as she goes

don't stop, up and over the top

big crazy hil

laugh out loud, getting stronger

the whole track team from the school was running by below

they let go a shout 
go ,old man go

got a cheer 
sat down in my evening chair

wobbly legged happily worn out 
old goat
drink a cold beer
born to ride

life is good

Nice, man. Much respect for skilled mountain biking-- it's not easy. I was always a long-distance road bike guy, myself.
