What confounds me is that any suggestion or nominee of this administration is even being considered at this point.

Wanna hear what the voices in my head are saying?

...."Of course he will be "elected" in. Of course "they", (our reps???) will do whatever they can to create a narrow margin for their constituents appeasement, while deftly maintaining their roles of the entitled.....
Alito, incredibly, is in and you know it and by now you are so fucking pushed down you don't really even care anymore.
What can you do at this point anyway? Protest? Why even protesting is getting boring, getting nowhere. And besides, you've got rising energy and food costs to deal with, you've got more hoops to jump now just to keep things as they were. To keep the delusion alive......
You gotta just keep walking forward, with your eyes and heart shut, as long as you can.
Keep standing, keep your neck above water, (it's your new comfort zone), and feel like a winner of the new American Dream where you are nothing but a human device for someone else to control!

Five cathokics on the supreme court, How did that come about? It seems very interesting to me, maybe it has nothing to do with the assault on a woman's reproductive rights. I got nothing good to say about abortion other than a woman should have that choice. How come those wacko protestant preachers are making so many friends with the Catholic consrvatives. In my day they ranted about Papist Plots. Now the are allies. If I was a woman I think I would have a burqa hanging in my closet. just in case.

I got no stake it in it, it means nothing to me. Why should I care? In fact if things get any better I may vote republican.
