need quick help with a pdf thing

hey ho lets go.

anyone familiar with pdf'ing a simple text file and adding bookmarks? i am, but my only copy of adobe acrobat is licensed to my office and thus will carry metadata that i'd rather it didnt carry. i need to make a quick underground pdf.

i can supply all the text via email. please let me know if you're interested in helping real quick!
