i drew this initially in mid nineties
drunk and tearful
then added the flagg border in '05
framed it and put it into the members' show
at the st pete art center
but i knew it wasn't finished.
i put the digital lettering onto it,
moratorium, today,
but i have t get out the original, sitting on the wall
in my backyard shack,
and print out the word "moratorium"
in perhaps carpenter's graphite,
so for now, this is a work in process.
