Tell Webster,
i've redefined loneliness.
No longer is it
dark, sinister,
less than
than worth living.
Forget that
sad, weak,
pale glow.
Imagine instead,
acute well-being,
warm, comforting,
four-walled protection,
from self-distance,
sacrifice,
all of you,
so busy pretending,
your crowded lives
have something,
that i'm missing.

I don't argue that loneliness ishester_prynne wrote:No longer is it

alone
and that such is dark, sinister and less than worthy
if dark,
dark with the comfort of encompassing all colors
and indefinable presences
and peaces of mind—
if sinister;
sinister to the status quo,
undermining people for person,
anarchy of freedom,
openness to wholeness, singular and united—
if less then worth living;
is less than worthy
because worth is not its issue when alone has no company with worthiness.
